Our client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager, Corporate Services to join their professional team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will administer a portfolio of corporate structures in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager and act as “B” level four-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that company policy and regulatory guidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality service is provided to clients and outside contacts. You will also ensure that the preparation, review and distribution of all company secretarial documentation and filings are completed in a timely and accurate manner and coordinate legal, tax and other professional advice where appropriate. The successful candidate will have extensive administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification, at ICSA Diploma level or equivalent, and sound technical financial services knowledge with people management experience.
