Our client is seeking a Service Desk Engineer, where you'll be part of their global service delivery team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be supporting Jersey and the wider business with first and second line IT support, bringing a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team and to work with the business to deliver on projects and tasks. The successful candidate will have a few years' experience in a Service Desk role and good verbal and written communication skills.
