A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Support Engineer to join our client’s team, on a permanent full-time basis. Your week will be split between working at the office providing remote support primarily to the firm’s client base with some onsite support required a necessary, and attending a large client’s office to provide IT support for the business. This will include setting up new users and disabling them when they leave, attending to fault calls logged through the Helpdesk, and monthly housekeeping tasks. This role would suit someone who is already working in an office support role who is looking to move to the next level in terms of skill requirements and responsibility. A full driver’s license is essential as you will require independent travel to and from customer sites, a car and petrol allowance in turn will also be provided.
