Assistant Administrator, Compensation & Benefits - Jersey

Our client is seeking an Assistant Administrator on a permanent full-time basis where you will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurate administration of benefits across multiple jurisdictions, including maintaining accurate systems data, benefit enrolments and renewals, also responding to employee queries and assisting with the business Wellbeing initiatives. The role will also include providing support in relation to the administration and delivery of compensation programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background with proven experience in supporting the timely and accurate administration of benefits.
