Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager, to join their friendly team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a broad-ranging senior HR role covering business-partnering, employee relations, process and policy matters, data, permanent and operational risk control and reporting. In addition, the Human Resources Manager deputises for the Head of Human Resources in their absence and provides on-going coaching and mentoring of the more junior members of the HR team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience in a HR role and a minimum CPP-qualified.
