Our client is looking for a People Business Partner on a permanent basis to establish a People Advisory function to provide timely and effective support to managers and colleagues. You will also act as a `trusted advisor` to managers and colleagues and support continuous improvement by conducting thorough reviews of existing people processes to identify areas for improvement and to streamline processes for increased efficiency. For this role you must deliver high organisational performance through effective use of available resource; striving to manage and reduce overall costs.
